Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Coconut Divers, we strive to offer the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. However, unexpected events may occur before or during your vacation. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Terms and Conditions

The information below outlines the refund and cancellation policy for online pre-bookings, as well as direct purchases at any of our dive centers and water sports locations for Coconut Divers.


1 – Refunds will be provided as follows:

  • If the customer cancels:
      • Up to 48 hours before the activity start: Full refund
      • Between 48-12 hours before the activity start: 50% refund
      • Less than 12 hours before the activity start: No refund
      • No-show for the activity: No refund


We recommend checking availability before booking, especially for night dives and cenote dives, which require at least two participants. If you book without checking and need to cancel, a partial refund will be issued, deducting the payment method fees (PayPal, transfer, Stripe, etc.).


2 – No fee applies if:

  • The activity is canceled by Coconut Divers.The activity cannot be rescheduled due to poor sea conditions
  • Medical reasons are provided with a valid certificate (within 24 hours of no-show or cancellation).

Conditions may differ for group bookings, private rentals, and private trips.


3 – Purchases through third parties:

  • For cancellations of services acquired through another website or agency, please contact them directly and follow their refund and cancellation policy.


4- Force Majeure:

  • In the unlikely event of Force Majeure, Coconut Divers will offer a voucher for the purchased service, valid for 3 years from the initial activity date and redeemable at any of our locations worldwide. If a voucher is not acceptable, we kindly ask for your patience and some time to resolve the matter.


Please note that we cannot refund any fees charged or paid to third parties, such as PayPal or banks.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The terms of credit are subject to existing bank clearing regulations, which are beyond Coconut Divers’ control. In some cases, it may take up to 45 days to see the refund reflected in your account due to banking and country regulations.


Coconut Divers strives to provide excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Therefore, please direct any issues directly to our team at the local water sports center, as this is where we can serve you best.
